FS#257 — I can't export my list

I tried alot of time to export my lists but it's show this message when i choose export as CSV
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 41 bytes) in /home/admin/egyselect.com/inc/classes/api.php on line 26
And show this when i choose as TXT
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5888001 bytes) in /home/admin/egyselect.com/admin/subscribers/ajax/subscriber_export2.php on line 108
so what can i do or edit?
