FS#191 — auto check records for newly created field checkbox

On the check box, I added this field when there are records in the tables already. I wanted the field to be checked by the default. If it's checked, it means the subscriber is active and if not then the subscriber isn't active. But after creating the field, the checkbox fields aren't checked. This field is for those subscribers with errors such as inbox full, no account, inactive and etc.

This will be implemented via "bulk editing" subscribers ... e.g. where you can make a change to a large amount of selected subscribers [ or even a group ].
